Shipping in Canada and USA FREE shipping on orders $75+ (excluding wholesale orders)

Local Pickup available in Coquitlam.

  

TRACKED SHIPPING (CANADA POST)

All orders are tracked and insured.

Canada: Expedited Parcel (4-7 Business Days)
Everywhere else: Tracked Packet - International / USA (6-8 Business Days)

**( November - December ) Due to holiday volumes, you may see longer transit times. 


SHIPPING UPGRADE
We offer many shipping options to fit different timelines. Some Shipping upgrades can be found at checkout but if you don't see what you're looking for, we're happy to find one that suits your timeline. If you have a specific timeline, please let us know in the "note to seller" and/or send us a message, so we can do our best to ensure it arrives on time. 

 

DISPATCH AND PROCESSING

All our orders are processed 1-2 days after your order has been placed, and shipped out from our Vancouver studio Monday-Friday with exceptions of Holidays.

Shipping costs are non-refunable after dispatch

 

CANADA: All Canada orders will be charged sales tax according to your province of residence.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Customs and Duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • LOST PARCELS (covered by carrier insurance)
  • POSTAL SERVICE DELAYS
  • PARCELS RETURNED DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS
  • ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT (covered by carrier insurance)
